Gluten Free Expo 2016

Favorite things from this year’s Gluten Free ExpoGluten Free Expo:

  1. Arriving toward the end of the day on the 2nd (final) day was smart, in that the Stop and Shop people were like, “Take as many kale chips and cracker packets as you want!”

2. Curate snack bars. Salty and sweet and marcona almonds are in there. I would pay money for these.

What could it be?

also soy sauce

3. Purse protector for soy sauce packets. The end to my fear of condiments bursting in my bag.

4&5. BFree breads from Ireland. The bread is sliced nice and thin (8g CHO/slice) and is actually good to eat. At the Expo, they were sampling lightly buttered fresh toast. YUM. I also bought wraps (22g CHO), which are large and perfect for a burrito or quesadilla. They’re flexible and toast up like a normal people food. Way better than any other we’ve tried. Waaaaaay better.

This is a sandwich on BFree bread. See how thin?

And here is a quesadilla on a BFree wrap. See how bendy and toasty?
