This is pretty much the same thing, minus acai and plus yogurt. This is also kind of like that one-ingredient banana ice cream but with a few more ingredients to make it feel legitimate as a meal, and on this hot day I think it is a miracle.

Hot People Parfait (Serves 3 – 4)
Into the Vitamix or food processor: two frozen bananas (in chunks), one heaping cup frozen blueberries or raspberries. Blend until everything’s the consistency of soft ice cream. You will need to scrape down the sides of the container a few times.
Layer this miracle substance in glasses or bowls with full-fat plain Greek yogurt. Top with a heap of toasted coconut chips and walnuts.
