Combine with a whisk in a medium bowl: 2 cups (225g) almond flour, 1/4 cup granulated Swerve, 2 tsp. baking powder, ½ tsp. baking soda, ¼ tsp. salt. Stir in 1 egg, ¼ c melted butter, and 2 T heavy cream. Mix until you have a nice lump of dough. Pat the lump into a 7-ish inch diameter circle on a piece of parchment. Slice this into 8 wedges. Give each wedge some room on the parchment. Bake 10 minutes. Rotate pan. Bake 5 minutes more, or until toasty looking. Cool on a rack. 3g CHO/scone. Add carbs via marmalade or raspberry jam.
