Just some cookies.
Oven 350. Two cookie sheets, lined with parchment. Using a #70 gelato scoop, this makes exactly fifty dough globs.
Bake for ten minutes. Rotate cookie sheets up/down/front/back. Bake for five minutes more or until edges begin to brown. Enjoy a damn fine fragrance and bountiful number of cookies for your five minutes of effort. Allow to cool before eating.
Chewy, nutty, sweet, perfect snacky, homey-homely cookies.
We dose these as if they’re 6g CHO/cookie, even though they have more like 7 or 8g CHO each. Maybe it’s coconut sugar magic? So FWIW, 6 is what works for B.
