First impressions: Kind of hassle, but not that hard & awesome excuse continuously buy smoked salmon.
Other perks: good mood. Steady blood glucose. Wake up at dawn, asleep by 10.
One new thing definitely remember make after Whole 30. Everyone (almost…working on boys) adore: NomNom’s Prosciutto-Wrapped Frittata Muffins.
This week Bigfoot craved: G&T’s, saag aloo with piping hot basmati rice, yogurt, hot fudge-brownie sundae, Mary’s Doughnuts. Feeling pass, except for nutmeggy doughnut & afternoon cocktail.
Are the children suffering? No. Usually same dinner plus, maybe something like tortillas or rice. And always super deluxe ice cream bar ((slightly jealous, but)) after.
