Thanks to the advocate.

Advocate looks like: podium, awesome shoes, say “This is this, and here some goals.” Applause! Advocates = good things happen.

Bigfoot only goal = help one specific child, no idea best route/what path wellness. Always ask DOC help. Handful people reply, so helpful. Then read stories. Responder/storyteller = advocate?

Yesterday kind person mention Haagen Dasz = gluten free. So decide for time being, keep same food plans/beliefs; just add Haagen Dasz. Suddenly, ice cream not treat/junk food but splendid nutrition supplement: carbs + milk like gastroenterologist’s nutritionist recommend, but no insane heap of grains/quarts milk like Bigfoot imaginary science recommend, and nearly sure bet for fatten-ups.

Here is why maybe or maybe not humans should-might-might not drink milk.

I’m afraid to look at the might/might not article. I’ll wait for the book report. Can someone screen it for me and tell me on a Steven King level 1 to 10 how scary it is?

It’s safe to look, Kay T. I love the Harvard School of Public Health for nutrition info. Very balanced and not-scary.

I was not aware that most ice cream had gluten. Haagan Daaz is one of my first choices, but not good for our DD as it has such a high fat content, so many carbs compared to other ice cream. Glad it is gluten free for Bubs, but maybe other ice creams also gluten free, just don’t advertise? Possibly depending on the flavor or additives if gluten free? Easy to get hooked on Haagan, so I would investigate.

Found another brand. Listed on their website as gluten free, all the Edy’s Slow Churned, which has half the fat of regular ice cream but tastes great. They also have full-fat gluten free flavors and sugar-free flavors. Usually 17 grams a half cup for most of these. I agree, Haagan Daaz tastes better. But these do taste good.
