Not worry swim

When it is time to worry, I'll worry about this mat giving Bubs a belly rash.

And then I'll worry that this shirt will be considered too violent for school.

Swimming top list for time consumption/laundry volume, but worth hassle: one hour swimming lower blood sugar number approximately 70-100 points. Kind of scary, but interesting see Bubs’s own motion same effect medicine. Before swim, 336. After swim, 109.

Not worry: Bigfoot travel Mike and Ike fun-size, also mini Luna Bar, also water (unless forget. Also forgot towel today.) Saturday morning Bigfoot meet smart friend vegan bakery, enjoy drink hot ginger juice together, share insights re human condition. Smart friend relay tactic other smart friend: tell self/child/friend “It’s not time to worry. We’ll worry at 4:00 today.” Somehow this ease anxiety, persons able postpone worry, maybe even forget appointment for worry and bypass altogether. Everything turn out OK. Better if remember towel, water. But OK.

Other benefit daily swim: Bubs learn swim better, maybe not die sailing accident. Maybe join swim team, have back-up career if Olympic fencing not lucrative.

Every day winter vacation, one of Bigfoot least favored Shaw’s cashier also on YMCA bench, watch son swim. Turn out nice person, maybe just shy. Maybe not detest Bigfoot bring own bag, bag kind of floppy, difficult pack, also Bigfoot very protective bananas—often feel compelled rearrange.

Does Bubs know about Gary Hall Jr?

I don’t know if there has ever been an Olympic fencer with Type 1, but I know there has been a VERY successful Olympic swimmer with Type 1 diabetes!
