I bought this low carb lavash accidentally. It was rejected as a sandwich base by the original recipient. I used it instead where a tortilla would go. It was OK.
Bean/cheese quesadilla among Bubs’s favorite snack/lunch/dinner. (1 tortilla + 1/4c black beans or refritos + cheese. Sizzle in olive oily skillet.)

It became nice and crisp and toasty in the pan. The dog is intrigued–and you know how hard it is to get a dog interested in a people snack.
Never notice big BG spike. But always wish find low carb tortilla not yucky-sticky-moist-pasty-smelly. Because normal tortilla always 20-ish g CHO. Big, small, white, wheat, homemade, Trader Joe, Whole Foods, Shaw’s. Corn tortilla worse; so small, need two.
This low carb lavash version 14g net CHO. (1/2 lavash = 4g net CHO; cheese 0; oil 0; 1/4c beans 10g CHO.) Less if subtract bean fiber but never do. This + 1 apple = lunch or dinner or after school snack or all three. (Regular tortilla version, 30g CHO.)
It Bigfoot new favorite faux food.

“make yourself a dang quesadilla!”
I hope I’m not the only one that got that!
